Happy Monday my fellow Mommys! I came across this
Article (click for article) the other day and I really took it to heart. Play time for kids equals learning. When kids get to be themselves they are given the opportunity to enjoy "their" world not moms or dads, or friends. It is important to let kiddos have down time to be themselves and play and explore, especially during the school year when schedules and studying can be very tiresome. I really enjoyed this reading and I hope you do too. On another note, I also came across this great recipe. This is perfect for a quick breakfast with a side of whole wheat toast or a bran muffin. This would be again be great for the lunchbox with a side of turkey on whole wheat crackers and would also be fabulous for an after school snack with a side of graham crackers. Enjoy your day Loves!
